Verizon restructuring changes:
- Verizon Telecom and Verizon Business have been merged into one group: Verizon
Wireline
- Current President of Verizon Telecom Daniel Mead, has become COO of Verizon
Wireless replacing Jack Plating who will be retiring
- The current chief marketing officer position for Verizon held by John Stratton has been
eliminated and Stratton has become CMO for Verizon Wireless
- Current President of Verizon Business Fran Shammo has become President of
Verizon Wireline
