  • G. Michael Sievert will serve as Chief Commercial Officer (previously CEO of Switchbox
    Labs)
  • Kevin T. Hart will serve as Chief Information Officer (previously CIO at Level 3 Comm)
  • Laurent Bentitou will serve as Chief People Officer (previously VP of HR at T-Mobile
    USA)
  • Barry West who has served as Clearwire's President and Chief Architect has been
    named President International
  • Perry Satterlee is stepping down as Chief Operating Officer

Sprint Nextel management update:
Robert H. Johnson, formerly with AT&T, has been named president of Sprint Nextel's
CDMA business unit.  He is replacing interim president Keith Cowan who will continue as
President Strategy & Corporate Development.  Robert H. Johnson should not be confused
with Robert L. Johnson who currently serves as Chief Service Officer.

Company Spotlight:
Spectrum Bridge has developed a variety of tools and software that allows spectrum
holders to manage and even buy, sell, and trade their FCC licensed frequencies online
and in real-time.  The company was founded by Richard Licursi and Peter Stanforth both
of who also founded MeshNetworks, a wireless mesh networking company that was
subsequently purchased by Motorola.
