It is a list of communications test and measurement vendors that are software or
equipment based.  These companies test voice, video, and data over internet protocol,
cable, and wireless networks and may also provide development, deployment,
management, and monitoring services.


CenturyTel & EMBARQ M&A news:

Todd Curry, Vice President of Marketing, is no longer listed on the company's website.  No
official comment has been given.

NTELOS Holdings Corp. management update:
Executive Vice President & President of wireline operations David R. Maccarelli has
announced his retirement effective June 30, 2009 and will be replaced by Frank L. Berry
current Vice President of Wireline Engineering & Operations.


Cincinnati Bell management update:
Vice President of Business Development Shane Brown has been removed from the
management team web page.  The company could not be reached for comment.


Company Spotlight:
TCM Mobile is a new mobile network provider using patented VoIP technology through
unlicensed spectrum normally used for wireless broadband data services.  The company
provides voice, data, and location-based services with a focus on rural-areas underserved
by traditional cellular infrastructure.  TCM Mobile’s technology can only currently be used
on handsets the company has developed.
