GeoLogic Solutions, Inc. and its brand CrossBridge Solutions are no more. The company
was acquired by XATA Corporation in 2008 and has recently replaced the GeoLogic brand
names with XATA.

GenerationOne provides a health management platform through its own wireless
handsets or compatible devices and a nursing customer care center. The company acts
as a mobile virtual network operator using its voice and data network to supply consumers
with health applications or to collaborate with healthcare companies. GenerationOne
acquired British company Hybrid-Four, a provider of customizable wellness software for
mobile devices, in 2007 and U.S. MVNO Firefly Mobile in 2008.
