    relies on multiple wireless operators to provide service in the U.S.
    Although Sprint Corporation owns a minority stake in this MVNO and is the host
    carrier, Virgin Mobile USA still pays for access to the network

    Freedom Wireless Corporation, a subsidiary of TMT Capital Corporation, and its
    MVNO brand zebraGSM
    Acquired MVNO license in early 2008 and has not yet set up service

    Helio LLC
    Acquired by Virgin Mobile USA

    Hop-on, Inc. and its Graffiti Wireless brand
    Does not currently sell any products through its website, and no one can be
    reached at its headquarters as of May 2009

    MobilePro Corp. and its subsidiary CloseCall America, Inc.
    MobilePro is attempting to sell off CloseCall America and has it listed as

    Prexar Mobile
    This MVNO, created by United Systems Access Telecom, Inc. (USA Telephone)
    a CLEC reseller, has ceased operations in early 2008

      Ended it's MVNO relationship with Sprint in 2008 and now has a resale
      partnership with Verizon Wireless

      TelePlus Wireless Corp. and it's Liberty Wireless brand
      According to TelePlus World, Corp's SEC 10-Q filing, "On January 15, 2008 the
      Company completed the sale of substantially all the assets of the wireless
      operations in the U.S. to COZAC, LLC. The assets included customer lists,
      assumed airtime contracts, trade names, domain names, logo, marketing
      reports and customer collateral."

      Titan Wireless Communications, Inc. and it's subsidiaires/brands Bravo Cellular,
      Ready Mobile, and Picante Móvil
      According to Titan Global Holdings' SEC 10-Q filing, "On January 25, 2008,
      substantially all of the operating assets of the wireless related activities of the
      communications division were sold in an Asset Purchase Agreement to
      Boomerang Wireless, Inc."
